BETTER SLEEP, BETTER TEETH…
At Smile & Smile™, our interest in Dental Sleep Medicine began from personal experience. Having explored solutions for snoring many years ago, this journey led to a deeper understanding of the connection between sleep and oral health.
Over time, this interest has developed further through ongoing research and involvement in innovative projects, shaping a more informed and holistic approach. Today, our focus is centred around raising awareness - helping patients better understand how sleep can impact their dental health and overall well-being. This is reflected in Dr Das's involvement in a research project with Imperial College London, as well as his role as a founding member of a health-focused app initiative in London.
